Mt Wellington.

The Brief.

It was our client’s ambition to develop affordable townhouses that were aesthetically a cut above the rest.

The Design Process.

This project's success relied on how well the different materials, fixtures, and finishes performed in unison.

Careful thought went into creating the feeling of individual spaces in a townhouse complex setup. This was achieved by meticulously choosing colours and materials that organically achieved the idea of individuality while still maintaining a collective identity.

We designed every space to maximise flow and function within the limitations of the townhouse model.
