The Brief.

Our client wanted to do a substantial renovation of his 1980’s Pacific Islands’ inspired house. The goal was to place it back on the property market after it didn’t sell in its original condition.

The Design Process.

We transformed the house into a beachy, resort-style residence by creating open-plan spaces and carefully selecting materials that softened the property so it would attract the majority of potential buyers.

The installation of warm oak flooring and carpet, lighting, a combination of neutral paint colours and a new kitchen and bathrooms, turned this house into a sought after property that sold shortly after the renovation was completed.
