The Brief.

Our client's dream was to have a warm, inviting and practical home for their family and friends to enjoy.

The Design Process.

Due to the large scale of the house, it was critical to choose furniture that was proportionate to the spaces while keeping movement unobstructed and free-flowing. We custom-made an extendable dining room table for entertaining friends. Handmade rugs, earthy-toned cushions, throws and accessories were placed in the living room areas for extra warmth. Original canvas artwork mirrors the tones of the soft furnishings and is sold exclusively by Shanly Simpson Designs, finishing off the minimal but cosy look.
